Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our decluttering and organization services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

  • A commitment to completing the agreed-upon scope of work
  • Professional, respectful behavior from our team
  • Adherence to agreed-upon timelines
  • Implementation of organization systems that meet your needs

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before scheduled service: 75% refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refund of deposit

Rescheduling:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee
  • We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule due to an emergency

Company Cancellations:

In the rare event that Zivzlaen needs to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer the following options:

  • Reschedule the appointment at your convenience
  • Full refund of any deposit paid
  • 10% discount on the rescheduled service as compensation for the inconvenience

Refund Policy

Service Quality Issues:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will take the following steps:

  1. Schedule a conversation to discuss your concerns
  2. Return to address specific issues at no additional cost
  3. If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund based on the scope of the concerns

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Refund processing time depends on your payment method and financial institution (typically 3-10 business days)
  • In some cases, we may offer service credits in lieu of monetary refunds

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • No refunds will be provided for services already completed to the client's satisfaction
  • No refunds will be provided if the client fails to be present for a scheduled appointment without proper notice
  • No refunds will be provided for time spent waiting for client decisions during the decluttering process
  • No refunds will be provided for additional services requested by the client beyond the original scope
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather, etc.) may affect our cancellation policy; we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis

Gift Certificates

For gift certificates:

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person
  • Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Lost gift certificates can be replaced if proof of purchase is provided

Storage Products and Materials

If we purchase storage products or organizational materials on your behalf:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned for a refund within 7 days
  • Custom or special-order products are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs for products are the responsibility of the client
  • Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
