Booking: Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
